<br />--' <br /> <br />:...._,f""' . <br /> <br />..... <br />4 "!. <br />! .. <br />< - <br /> <br />t', <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.98-111 <br /> <br />State of Minnesota <br />County of Ramsey <br />City of New Brighton <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVING THE 1999 CUSTOMER FEE REGISTER <br /> <br />Whereas, it is the City's intent that fees shall be used in situations where a customer receives a <br />special benefit; and, <br /> <br />Whereas, Attached Fee Register contains specific fees to be collected for services; and <br /> <br />Whereas, other services may be offered from time to time for which a customer receives a special <br />benefit. <br /> <br />Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council ofthe City of New Brighton that: <br /> <br />1. The fees contained in the Attachments shall be effective as of January 1, 1999. <br /> <br />2. An administrative fee may be charged for services not specifically identified in the Attachments <br />and as deemed appropriate by the City Manager. <br /> <br />3. An administrative fee may be added to the charges in the Attachments for those situations where <br />the stated fee does not adequately compensate the City. <br /> <br />Adopted December 22nd, 1998. <br /> <br />R~ <br /> <br /> <br />ew S.
