<br />j <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />'1,\ <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />,- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-108 <br /> <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENCIES FOR 1998 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City annually certifies delinquent water and sewer bills for collection with the <br />property taxes; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certification is authorized by the City Code for charges unpaid that are past due by <br />ninety (90) days as of September; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, interest at the rate of 8% per annum has been included in the totals; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the affected customers have been advised as to the certification; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br /> <br />1. The certification shall be as shown in Attachment A. <br /> <br />2.
