Public Hearings – Old Business <br /> <br />(A) The City of New Brighton requests consideration of a new Chapter 12 to the <br />New Brighton Zoning Code, creating a Shoreland Ordinance. <br /> <br />(B) Simply Self Storage requests an amendment to a previously approved Site Plan, <br />allowing construction of a two story interior climate controlled storage building <br />at 251 5th ST NW. <br /> <br />7. Public Hearings – New Business <br /> <br />(A) Zahl Equipment requests consideration of a Site Plan, Special Use Permit, and <br />Nonconforming Use Permit to install new gas pumps and a canopy, including <br />various other signage and parking lot improvements in support of a conversion <br />to the Minnoco brand at 574 Old Highway 8 NW (currently known as the EZ <br />Stop gas station). <br /> <br />8.
