<br />. <br />.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-003 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING 1995 FEES FOR LEGAL SERVICES <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the firm of Holmes and Graven serves as the City Attorney; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the firm of Fredrikson and Byron provide legal service for environmental issues <br />and represents the City in manners involving the Department of Defense; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the firm of Steneroden and Hughes provide legal services for prosecutions for <br />the City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the service areas shall be defined below and the <br />new fees shall be effective for services received beginning January 1, 1995: <br /> <br />FIRM <br /> <br />1994 RATE <br />(HOURL Y) <br /> <br />1995 RATE <br />(HOURL Y) <br /> <br />Holmes & Graven <br />General Civil <br />Attorneys <br />Litigation!
