<br />!- <br /> <br />r.. <br /> <br />? <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-071A <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CLOSING LIQUOR FUND #790 <br /> <br />Whereas, the City sold its liquor operations in 1990; and <br /> <br />Whereas, since that time the proceeds from the sale have been <br />accounted for in an enterprise fund and designated to pay for one <br />half the 1992 City Hall and Water Bonds; and <br /> <br />Whereas, with no on-going operations, the use of an enterprise <br />fund is no longer an appropriate way to account for the liquor <br />proceeds; and <br /> <br />Whereas, a more appropriate place to account for the proceeds <br />would be through the Closed Bond Fund, <br /> <br />Now therefore be it resolved, by the New Brighton City Council, <br />that all assets, liabilities, and fund balance of the Liquor Fund <br />shall be transferred to the Closed Bond Fund #410.
