<br />RESOLUTION NO <br />06-021 <br /> <br />City of New Brighton <br />Ramsey County <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Resolution Amending the 2006 Fee Register <br /> <br />ereas, the City has determined the cost of municipal services for 2006; and <br /> <br /> <br />ereas, the City's fmancial strategy provides that customer charges should be used where <br />special benefit is received; and <br /> <br />ereas, the rate for these charges should be based on a combination of factors including <br />arket, costs, and volume; and <br /> <br />ereas, a fee register is compiled to manage these charges. <br /> <br />ow, therefore be it resolved that the2006 Fee Register shall be amended as follows: <br /> <br />Plumbing Permits: Sump pump inspection ($60.00) <br /> <br />Mechanical Permits: Base fee equal to 3% of contract cost. <br /> <br />Fire and sprinkler permits ( See Exhibit A) <br /> <br />The fee register shall take effect on February 14,2006 unless another date is specified or if <br />approval is contingent on passage of an ordinance or the conduct of a public hearing. <br /> <br />dopted this 14th day of February, 2006. <br /> <br />~~QLMh <br /> <br />Steve Larson, Mayor <br /> <br />~i-// <br /> <br />Matthew S.
