<br />,! <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-023 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING "NO-PARKING 8:00 A.M. TO 4:00 P.M. SCHOOL DAYS" ON <br />1ST AVENUE NW BY ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST SCHOOL. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, teachers and parents of St. John the Baptist school have requested no- <br />parking along the west side of 1 st Avenue NW along the school building to improve drivers' <br />view, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Director of Public Works and Police Chief have reviewed the <br />request from the St. John teachers and parents and concur that the establishment of No- <br />Parking will improve visibility for drivers and students and thereby improve safety, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton <br />that the west side of 1 st Avenue NW from 10th Street to the south end of the St. John <br />school building be posted "No-Parking 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. School Days." <br /> <br />Adopted this 22nd day of February, 1994. <br /> <br />f(" f\~.
