<br />.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94- 022 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF PRIOR YEAR REVENUES AND <br />EXPENDITURES FOR PROJECT 91-31. <br /> <br />Whereas, 1992 expenditures for project 91-31 (Greenway Corridor <br />Tree Replacement) in the amount of $6,601.60 were accounted for <br />in Fund #101 (General Fund); and <br /> <br />Whereas, revenues from a State grant relating to Project 91-31 in <br />the amount of $5,000 were also accounted for in Fund #101; and <br /> <br />Whereas, these expenditures and revenues are related to project <br />91-31 which is accounted for in Fund #422 (Special Projects <br />Construction Fund); <br /> <br />Now therefore be it resolved, by the New Brighton City Council, <br />that transfers shall be made effective December 31, 1993 in the <br />amount of $6,601.60 from Fund #422 to Fund #101, and in the <br />amount of $5,000 from Fund #101 to Fund #422 to move the 1992 <br />expenditures and revenues from Fund #101 to Fund #422. <br /> <br />Adopted this day of <br /> <br />, 1994 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~L <br /> <br />t.,. <br /> <br /> <br />1fL ~a~ <br /> <br />;: - \r(~~f f1~I"{",J <br />~-: Marga.r~ \A.
