<br />J <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-023 <br /> <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE LAW: <br />ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES AND THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has negotiated a contract with Law . <br />Enforcement Labor Services covering police officers; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a two-year contract has been agreed upon by Law Enforcement , <br />Labor Services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the increases included in the bargaining agreement are within the <br />range of settlements in other cities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 1993 budget is adequate to cover the increases. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager are <br />hereby authorized to execute the collective bargaining agreement between the <br />Law Enforcement Labor Services and the City of New Brighton covering the . <br />period of January 1, 1993 through December 31, 1994. <br /> <br />R~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />~~ <br />Margaret .
