<br />'.~ <br /> <br />~ - ~ '," <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO 92-024 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />I <br />\RESOLUTION SELECTING THE BANKING SERVICES PROPOSAL OFFERED BY FIRST BANKS - <br />lAPACHE <br /> <br />[Whereas, pursuant to Resolution 92-008 the City established guidelines for <br />'banking services; <br /> <br />" <br />'Whereas, proposals were distributed to ten banking and financial institutions <br />: !to assure that the City had available the most effective and efficient <br />: :services; <br /> <br />Whereas, three finalists were selected from the six facilities that respondedj <br /> <br />i~ereas, an evaluation determined that First Banks~Apache offered the <br />preferred banking services proposal; <br />! <br />~ow, therefore be it resolved that: <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />:1. That banking services will be conducted with First Banks-Apache in <br />~ccordance with the conditions of the proposal. <br /> <br />2. The initiation of these banking services shall take place as soon as is <br />: !practical. <br /> <br />p.
