<br />~ <br /> <br />I, <br />I <br /> <br />I . <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO ....22- 0 05 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING A POLICY FOR NON-COLLECTIBLE CHECKS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has made a reasonable attempt to collect on <br />checks which could not be honored by the bank; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is a good business practice to recognize these checks as non- <br />collectible on a timely basis; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The checks shown on Attachment A shall be declared as non- <br />collectible debts; and <br /> <br />" <br />" <br /> <br />2.
