<br />ii <br />i <br />I <br /> <br />'" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91- 017 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF <br />COUNTY ROAD H WATERMAIN, PROJECT 90-5. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. of the City Council of the <br />City of New Brighton, adopted January 22, 1991, a date was set for a Council <br />hearing on the proposed County Road H watermain project. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten day published Notice of the Hearing through two weekly <br />publications of the required notice was given and the Hearing was held thereon <br />on the 12th day of February 1991, at which time all person desiring to be heard <br />were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />New Brighton, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed. <br />2.
