<br />~ <br /> <br />il <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91- .-0.0...2.. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />!" <br /> <br />~, <br /> <br />';";, <br /> <br />Wi ... <br />I , <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING WAGE RANGES AND INSURANCE CONTRIBUTIONS FOR <br />NON-UNION PERSONNEL, TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT, AND COMPARABLE WORTH SALARY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the wage ranges for the Pay Plan for non-union personnel <br />must be set annually by Council resolution; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the wage ranges have been reviewed and are attached to this <br />Resolution as Attachment A and B; <br /> <br />" <br />:' WHEREAS, these wage ranges set compensation in accordance with the <br />policy to compensate personnel at the 'Stanton mean; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it also is proposed that the City continue to make a <br />contribution toward the cost of employee health insurance; and <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City policy provides that an employee shall be reimbursed <br />for use of their personal vehicle when used to conduct City business; and <br /> <br />j" <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has prepared a Comparable Worth Study as required <br />by the State, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />New Brighton that: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />1. The 1991 wage ranges shall be as specified in Attachment A. <br /> <br />2. The City shall make a contribution of no more than $240 per <br />month towards the cost of family health insurance and shall pay <br />the entire premium for single health insurance. <br /> <br />3. The City's reimbursement rate for use of a personal vehicle used <br />to conduct City business shall be consistent with the IRS <br />maximum reimbursement rate per mile. <br /> <br />4. Monthly salaried, full-time regular employees who do not receive <br />overtime pay may receive an amount up to 5% of annual salary to <br />compensate for overtime/performance. This section is to be <br />administered at the discretion of the City Manager. <br /> <br />5.
