<br />.' <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />). <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91 -001 <br /> <br />I, <br /> <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1990 WAGE RANGES <br />FOR NON-UNION PERSONNEL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the wage ranges for the 1990 Pay plan for non-union <br />personnel was set in January by Council Resolution No 90-04; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been a position classification change; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this classification change continues to set <br />compensation in accordance with the pOlicy to compensate personnel at <br />the Stanton mean; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuantto Minnesota Statutes, Chapter471.992 and <br />471.994, the City has prepared a Comparable Worth Study for all <br />employees; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Study as presented. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of New Brighton that the 1990 wage range shall be amended as <br />specific in Revised Attachment B, to be effective January 1, 1990. <br /> <br />" <br />II <br />I' <br /> <br />Adopted this 8th day of January. 1991. .-" <br />,/"7 ,,") .,' / <br />\: /1' I>: , "../,."...11./' '1/ ,If <br />\ _.t,-.,(l( 1.1.,~(./ ~ .? ift '-~,_, ., <br />Ro ert J.
