RESOLUTION NO. 90--1L STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION CORRECTING THE DESCRIPTION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY , WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON SUBDIVIDED BY RESOLUTION ,87-53. WHEREAS, Resolution 87-53 approved by the Council of the City of New Brighton subdivided c:ertain property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: The South 104.23 feet of the North 137.23 feet of the East 417.92 feet of the West 716.02 feet of the North ! of the Northeast i of Section 29, Township 30, Range 23. Subject to road easement. WHEREAS, the description of the subdivided parcels was incomplete; and WHEREAS, the intent of the resolution was clear. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New Brighton, that the Council amends Resolution 87-53, paragraph 5 to read as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above described property into parcel described as follows: Parcel A: The South 104.23 feet of the North 137.23 feet of the East 417.92 feet of the West 716.02 feet of the North -! of the Northeast ! of Section 29, Township 30, Range 23. Subject to road easement. Except the East 258.92 feet of the South 104.23 feet of the North 137.23 feet of the East 417.92 feet of the West 716.02 feet of the North ! of the Northeast ! of the Northwest i (subject to road easements) in Section 29, Township 30, Range 23; and Parcel B: The East 258.92 feet of the South 104.23 feet of the North 137.23 feet of the East 417.92 feet of the West 716.02 feet of the North t of the Northeast ~- of the Northwest ..i in Section 29.
