<br />'-' <br /> <br />"'I <br />I <br /> <br />\_( <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-~ <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION INDICATING NEW BRIGHTON'S DESIRE TO CONTINUE IN <br />THE STAR CITY PROGRAM. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the New Brighton City Council created the Economic <br />Development Commission and one of the Commission's responsibilities was <br />to pursue designation as Star City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Trade and Economic <br />Development named New Brighton a Star City in 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Economic Development Commission annually updates it <br />Star City Work Plan as one of the requirements to maintain designation <br />as a Star City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of New Brighton that: <br /> <br />1. New Brighton intends to continue to participate in the Star City <br />Program, which includes the annual update of the Star City <br />Work Plan; and <br /> <br />2.
