OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING APPROVING A SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON. WHEREAS, the City of New ,Brighton has been requested to ,subdivide certain property in the! City of New Brighton described as follows: Parcel A ( per Doc. No. 756902): That part of the East 195.24 feet of the West 922.60 feet of the South half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southea5t Quarter of Section 32, Township 30, Range 23, lying Easterly of a line described as beginning at a point on the South line of said Southeast Quarter distant 3~l.46 feet East from the Southwest corner of said Southeast Quarter; thence North 60 degrees 10 minutes 35 seconds East "'(assuming the South line of said Southeast Quarter as bearing East and West) a distance of 328.38 feet; thence Easl.Rrly along a tangential curve concave to the Southeast, having a radius of 1809.30 feet a distance of 473.35 feet more or less, to an intersection with the North line of said South half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter. anc there tenninating.
