<br />.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTIpN NO. 89-...6.S.- <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY <br />WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to <br />subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lots 1-4, Block 1, Lots 1-'1, Block 2, and Lot 1, Block 3, <br />Riviera's Windsor Green Addition <br /> <br />WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property is located in <br />municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that <br />municipality must be obtained before such subdivisions can be filed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides <br />for subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria can be <br />met; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that such criteria has <br />been met. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of New Brighton that the Council approve the subdivision of the <br />above described property into parcels described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Windsor Green Plat 9 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Council <br />of the City of New Brighton approves PL-179, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1.
