<br />... <br /> <br />'! <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-45 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FEASIBILITY STUDY AND CALLING FOR A <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 89-13, <br />5TH AVENUE NW RECONSTRUCTION. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Council order, a report has been <br />prepared by the Engineering Department of the City of New Brighton with <br />reference to the construction of Improvement Project 89-13, 5th <br />Avenue NW Reconstruction in 1990, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this feasibility report was received by the City Council of <br />the City of New Brighton on March 28, 1989. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of New Brighton, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. That Council will consider the construction of the proposed <br />Improvement Project 89-13, 5th Avenue NW Reconstruction in <br />accordance with the report and the assessment of contiguous or <br />benefiting properties for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />installation, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 429.011 law 1955, <br />chapter 393, as amended, at the estimated cost of $280,708. <br /> <br />2.
