<br />-" 1- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.. 89-33 <br /> <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 89-05 PROVIDING FOR THE <br />POSITION OF SPECIAL DETAIL PERSONNEL IN THE POLICE DEPT.. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on occasions the police department creates <br />special details which require staffing by off-duty <br />personnel; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on occasion it becomes necessary to use <br />staff other than officers for such special detail; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a compensation rate to cover such special <br />detail duties is necessary. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED to hereby set the <br />the pay range for any persons performing special detail <br />for the Police Department at a minimum of $3.85 and a <br />maximum of $27.18 per hour. The maximum pay amount is <br />the same as the top overtime pay rate for a police <br />officer as set out in the labor agreement with the <br />Minnesota Teamsters Public and Law Enforcement Employees <br />Union, Local 320.
