<br />, <br />& <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />-! <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-11 6 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE INSTALLATION OF NEW STREET LIGHTS ON <br />INNSBRUCK COURT AND 2ND STREET NW. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of New Brighton has deemed <br />it proper and in the public interest to install street lights for the safety <br />and well being of its residents and the traveling public; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted Resolution 2335 specifying <br />where street lights shall be located to provide a uniform level of street <br />ligh ting throughout the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the end of the cul-de-sacs on Innsbruck Court and 2nd <br />Street east of 5th Avenue meet the criteria specified in Resolution 2335 for <br />new street lights; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, the City Council of the <br />City of New Brighton does hereby order the installation of new street <br />lights at the following locations: <br /> <br />1. On the lnnsbruck Court cul-de-sac, east of North Innsbruck Drive <br /> <br />2.
