<br />~ <br /> <br />-! <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-.lLL <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN <br />AMENDMENT TO THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH INTERSTATE <br />;i <br />: i CENTRE DEVELOPMENT GROUP. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on March 14, 1989, the City of New Brighton and <br />Interstate Centre Development Group entered into a contract for Private <br />Development; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this contract for Private Development required the <br />transfer of the development property to Interstate Centre Development <br />Group by September 15, 1989; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City's acquisition of one of the parcels to be <br />transferred took much longer than originally planned, therefore, it is <br />not practical to transfer the development property to Interstate Centre <br />Development Group in accordance with the Contract for Private <br />Development. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City <br />of New Brighton, Ramsey County, State of Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Contract for Private Development with Interstate Centre <br />Development Group shall be amended so that all references to <br />transferring the development property and expiration date for <br />the Letter of Credit shall be November 1, 1989. <br /> <br />2.
