<br />""' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88-141 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAHSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING COMMITMENT OF FUND BALANCE FOR 1988 <br />RECORDS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM <br /> <br />Whereas, the 1988 Annual Budget provides an appropriation of <br />$25,000 for the records management system; <br /> <br />Whereas, the purpose of the system is to enhance the retention <br />and retrieval of data and documents; <br /> <br />Whereas, prior to the purchase of the system, <br />collecting and classifying data and documents <br /> <br />the process for i <br />must be determined~ <br /> <br />i <br />I <br /> <br />Whereas, the process will not be known until 1989; <br /> <br />Now, therefore be it resolved that: <br /> <br />1.
