<br />.1' <br /> <br />" <br />I <br />!' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO....Jia..= 6 6 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESaI'A <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEVil BRIGHI'ON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF PERSONAL COMPUI'ER <br /> <br />Whereas, the City will be opening a Motor Vehicle Registrar; <br /> <br />Whereas, as part of the operation of the Registrar, a personal <br />canputer will be needed; <br /> <br />Whereas, in considering the purchase of the Registrar computer the <br />needs of the other City departments also was reviewed; <br /> <br />Whereas, the review showed that the Fire Department required additional <br />storage capacity and that Finance required another printer; <br /> <br />Whereas, in line with these needs, quotes were received as follows: <br /> <br />IBM Model 50 <br />14" color rronitor <br />Okidata 393 printer <br /> <br />Conputerland <br />$3236 <br />428 <br />916 <br /> <br />MicroAge <br />$3322 <br />431 <br />876 <br /> <br />$3381 <br />438 <br />no quote <br /> <br />. Sears <br /> <br />Whereas, an appropriation is available fran the Registrar Department <br />to finance these needs; <br /> <br />Now, therefore be it resolved that: <br /> <br />1. '!he purchase of a IBM Model 50 personal computer, 1 14" color <br />rronitor and 2 Okidata 393 printers is authorized from Canputer1and. <br /> <br />2. The personal computer in the Fire Department shall be transferred <br />to the Registrar. <br /> <br />3.
