<br />.- <br /> <br />;;;" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.88-56 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />;RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE IN INSURANCE TO ADD INVERSE <br />CONDEMNATION AND POLLUTION LIABILITY COVERAGE <br /> <br />Whereas, the City's insurer has made available coverage for <br />'inverse condemnation and pollution liability; <br /> <br />Whereas, the addition of these coverages to the insurance program <br />would be desirable; <br /> <br />Whereas, the cost of the additional coverages is $2,400 for <br />pollution liability and $1,700 for inverse condemnation per <br />, year; <br /> <br />Whereas, the pro-rata cost of this addition for 1988 would <br />:be $1,400 for pollution liability and $1,000 for inverse <br />, condemnation; <br /> <br />Now, therefore be it resolved that: <br /> <br />I. The City Manager and Finance Director are authorized to <br />. amend the insurance program to add pollution liability and <br />inverse condemnation coverages. <br /> <br />2.
