<br />".' <br /> <br />'", ,"" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88-49 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING RESTRICTED PARKING SIGNS FOR CITY-OWNED <br />PARKING LOTS AND PARKING LOTS AT CITY FACILITIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, parking space <br />facilities and parking lots <br />is enhanced by reserving <br />facilities, <br /> <br />at city owned and/or operated <br />are limited, and public service <br />spaces for occupants of these <br /> <br />WHEREAS, emergency response personnel need reserved <br />parking as close as practical to their offices, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, some parking at <br />upon numerous visitors using <br />and <br /> <br />city facilities is predicated <br />spaces for short-term parking, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, city vehicles are left unattended for long <br />periods of time and lighted secure parking is desirable; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that restricted parking <br />signs shall be installed at city-owned facilities and parking <br />lots as determined necessary by the city and consistent with <br />section 28-29 of the city Code. <br /> <br />Adopted this 25th day of <br /> <br />Mav , 1988. <br /> <br />R~ <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~-<-~ <br /> <br />Margaret A.
