<br />" <br /> <br />'" <br /> <br />~.:" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88- 4Q <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PROPOSED INNSBRUCK ESTATES <br />STREET AND UTILITIES NE, PROJECT 88-23. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. .88-22of the City <br />Council of the City of New Brighton, adopted February 23, 1988, <br />a date was set for a Council hearing on the proposed Innsbruck <br />Estates street and utilities, Project 88-23. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten day published Notice of the Hearing through <br />two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the <br />Hearing was held thereon the 8th day of March, 1988, at which <br />time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity <br />to be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of New Brighton, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed. <br />2.
