<br />" <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />'0"-<1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88-39 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PROPOSED MSA STREETS <br />REHABILITATION, PROJECT 88-18. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 88-22 of the city <br />Council of the City of New Brighton, adopted February 23, 1988, <br />a date was set for a Council hearing on the proposed MSA Streets <br />Rehabilitation, Project 88-18, consisting of the following <br />streets: <br /> <br />Mississippi Street between Stinson Blvd. and Long Lake Road <br /> <br />14th Street NW between Silver Lake Road and Long Lake Road <br /> <br />5th Street NW between Stinson Boulevard and Old Highway 8 <br />Foss Road between the west City limits and Old Highway 8 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten day published Notice of the Hearing through <br />two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the <br />Hearing was held thereon the 8th day of March, 1988, at which <br />time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity <br />to be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of New Brighton, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed. <br />2.
