<br />"" <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88-37 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RENEWAL OF PUBLIC OFFICIALS LIABILITY <br />INSURANCE <br /> <br />Whereas, the City should secure insurance to protect itself from <br />errors or omissions by elected or appointed officials and damages <br />other than property or bodily; <br /> <br />Whereas, the City's insurance agent has solicited quotes for <br />the insurance which would provide the above noted protection; <br /> <br />Whereas, the preferred quotation was obtained from Tudor <br />Insurance Company; <br /> <br />Whereas, items of note in this preference were that the policy <br />is for a $1,000,000 limit, subject to a deductible of $500 for <br />each insured and $2500 for each loss plus the policy provides <br />for prior acts; <br /> <br />Now, therefore be it resolved that City Staff is authorized <br />to renew the public officials liability insurance with Tudor <br />Insurance Company for a premium of $8729. <br /> <br />Adopted this <br /> <br />26th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />April, 1988 <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />RObei'tJ. . emke, Mayor- <br /> <br />/7 / A <br />I :,..11;'0'-1 I">;r- <br />Henry D. inda, City Manager <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br />Margar A~ Egan <br />Finance Director/ <br />City Clerk <br />
