<br />~ <br /> <br /><c. <br /> <br />',;;"," <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88-33 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING RAMSEY COUNTY TO INSTALL NO <br />PARKING SIGNS ON COUNTY ROAD E-2 EAST OF FIFTH AVENUE NW <br />AND ON FIFTH AVENUE NW NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD E-2. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the installation of temporary parking <br />control in the vicinity of County Road E-2 and Fifth <br />Avenue NW has increased traffic safety and the ease of <br />traffic flow; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the forced abandonment of a parking lot at <br />that intersection will increase pressure for on-street <br />parking which would adversely affect traffic safety; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of New Brighton that the city Council requests <br />Ramsey County: <br /> <br />1. To install no parking signs on both sides of <br />Fifth Avenue NW, and <br /> <br />2.
