<br />...r <br /> <br />e".' <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />': <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8D- 6 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN <br />THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally 2250 - 7th Street NW). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to <br />subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />The South Half of the West 82.5 feet of the West Half of <br />the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township <br />30, Range 23, lying Northerly of the center line of 7th <br />Street Northwest. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property is <br />located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, <br />approval of that municipality must be obtained before such <br />subdivisions can be filed, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides <br />for subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria <br />· can be met; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City Council has determined that such criteria <br />has been met. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above <br />described property into parcels described as follows: <br /> <br />TRACT A <br /> <br />The North 122 feet of the South Half of the West 82.5 <br />feet of the West Half of the East Half of the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter of Section 30, Township 30, Range 23. <br /> <br />TRACT B <br /> <br />The South Half of the West 82.5 feet of the West Half of <br />the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township <br />30, Range 23 lying Northerly of the center line of 7th <br />Street Northwest; except the North 122 feet thereof. <br /> <br />Adopted this 12th day of January, 1988. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />.~~ <br /> <br />Finance Director/City Clerk <br /> <br />',....~ <br /> <br />_-( SEAL) <br /> <br />, , <br />: ' <br />
