<br />" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />86-141 <br />------- <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 139 ORDERING THE INSTALLATION <br />OF FIVE STREET LIGHTS IN THE SEMINARY ESTATES SUBDIVISION. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council 0% the City of New Brighton has <br />deemed it proper and in the public interest to install street <br />lights for the safety and well being 0% its residents and the <br />traveling public; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS~ the City Council has adopted Resolution 2335 <br />specifying where street lights shall be located to provide a <br />uniform level of street lighting throughout the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the development of the Seminary Estates subdivision <br />has resulted in several new public streets which meet the <br />requirements for street lights at five new intersections. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution 2335 requires that all new street lights <br />be approved by Council resolution; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on December 9~ 1986~ Council adopted Resolution <br />No. 139 ordering the installation 0% five new street lights in <br />the Seminary Estates subdiVision, and whereas it has been <br />determined that a mid-block light should be added on Seminary <br />Drive and the intersection light at 5th Street NW and Yankton <br />College Drive should be omitted~ as a street light presently <br />exists at this location. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED~ that the City Council of <br />the City of New Brighton does amend Resolution No 139 to change <br />the location of the five street lights in the Seminary Estates <br />subdivision as follows: <br /> <br />1. Intersection of Seminary Drive and Yankton College Drive <br />2. Intersection of Seminary Drive and Mission Lane <br />3. Intersection of Mission Lane and 5th Street NW <br />4. Intersection of Mission Lane and Mission Court <br />5.
