'. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />86-113 <br /> <br />i, <br />, . <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW <br />BRIGHTON (generally south of Rice Creek Road and west of Silver Lake Road <br />(across from Brightwood Hills Golf Course). <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide <br />certain property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: <br /> <br />PARCEL I: <br />The East Half of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, except the following described tracts: <br />1. The north 440 feet of said E 1/2, E 1/2; <br />2. The south 135 feet of the east 161 feet of said <br />E 1/2, E 1/2; <br />3. That part platted as CARPE DIEM. <br /> <br />PARCEL 2: <br />The north 440 feet of the East 1/4 of the Southeast Quarter of <br />the Southwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 30, Range 23, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, subject to roads. <br /> <br />WHEREAS the State Statues require that if such property is located <br />in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of <br />that municipality must be obtained before such subdivisions can be filed, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for <br />subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria can be <br />met; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New <br />Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above described <br />property into parcels described as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />PARCEL 1: <br />The East Half of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, except the following described tracts: <br />1. The north 440 feet of the said East Half of the <br />East Half; <br />2. The south 135 feet of the east 167 feet of said <br />East Half of the East Half. <br />3. That part platted as CARPE DIEM. <br /> <br />Together with the following described property: <br /> <br />Beginning at the southeast corner of the north 440 feet of <br />the East Half of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of <br />the South_est Quarter of Section 18, Township 30, Range 23, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota; thence South 89 degrees 26' 55" <br />West, assumed bearing, 331.04 feet along the south line of <br />the north 440 feet; thence North 00 degrees 56' 28" East <br />136.36 feet along the west line of the north 440 feet; <br />thence South 89 degrees 02' 10" East 330.98 feet; thence <br />South 00 degrees 57' 50" West 127.61 feet along the east <br />line of the north 440 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />PARCEL 2: <br /> <br />The North 440 feet of the East Half of the East Half of the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 18, <br />Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, subject to <br />roads. <br /> <br />i: <br />I' <br />II <br />
