<br />~' <br /> <br />':. <br /> <br />Councilmember Roger Williams introduced the <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />86-112 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE <br />DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 <br /> <br />ENLARGEMENT <br /> <br />OF <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of <br />the City of New Brighton, Minnesota (the "City"), as fol- <br />lows: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recitals. <br /> <br />1.01. It has been proposed that the City enlarge <br />Development District No.1, pursuant to and in accordance <br />with Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 472A, as amended. <br /> <br />1.02. The Council has investigated the facts and has <br />caused to be prepared a proposed Modified Development Pro- <br />gram for Development District No.1, describing the action <br />to be under taken by the Ci ty to aid the development of <br />Development District No.1, and other matters relating <br />thereto. <br /> <br />1.03. The City has performed all actions required by <br />law to be performed prior to the enlargement of Development <br />District No.1, including, a review by the City Planning <br />Commission of the proposed enlargement of DevelGpment Dis- <br />trict No.1 and the holding of a public hearing thereon upon <br />published notice as required by law. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br />t r i c t No.1. <br /> <br />Approval of Enlargement of Development 01s- <br /> <br />2.01. The proposed enlargement of Development District <br />No. 1 is hereby approved and adopted and shall be placed on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Cauncilmember Arlyn Gunderman <br /> <br />- 2 - <br />
