That an application for Final Plat Approval <br />was filed with the City of New Brighton on September 30. <br />1986. <br /> <br />That such application was reviewed by the Planning <br />Commission on October 21. 1986. <br /> <br />That such application was reviewed by the City <br />Council on October 28. 1986. <br /> <br />The written comments and analysis of the city staff. the <br />Planning Commission minutes and recommendations were <br />considered. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. that the New Brighton City <br />Council makes the following Findings of Fact in respect to <br />PL-140 B. <br /> <br /> 1. <br /> 2. <br /> 3. <br /> 4. <br /> BE IT <br />is hereby <br /> 1. <br /> <br />That the property is zoned I-i.
