'.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-103 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONTINUING THE LAKE DIANE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT FOR A THIRD YEAR, <br />NOVEMBER 1986 TO NOVEMBER 1987. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Councfl of the City of New Brighton ordered <br />Project 84-6, a lake restoration project for Lake Diane, for the period of <br />November 1984 though November 1985 with provisions to continue the project <br />: a second and th i rd year; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a special taxing district under provision of Minnesota <br />Statutes 444.16 to 444.21 was established for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a tax levy against the special taxing district of $2,373.56 <br />is required for a third year continuation of the lake restoration project, <br />consisting of: $450.00 signage and fencing, $640.00 travel and mafntenance <br />of aerators, $250.00 insurance, $150.00 repair parts, $300.00 fish stock, <br />$510.00 electricity, and a $73.56 short fall from 1986. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Cfty Council of the City of <br />New Brighton does hereby authorfze: <br /> <br />1. The continuation of Project 84-6 a third year, November <br />1986 to November 1987. <br /> <br />2.
