<br />, . <br /> <br />.. <br />1 <br /> <br />I <br />!. <br /> <br />I' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.86-102 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />!: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW <br />BRIGHTON (generally located north of 14th Street NW, between 26th and 27th <br />Avenues). <br /> <br />i <br />'i <br />1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide <br />certain property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: <br /> <br />" <br />\ <br /> <br />The West Half of Lot 8, Oakwood Manor, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />Subject to easement for ponding and flowage purposes, described <br />as follows: <br />That part of said West Half of Lot 8, lying Northerly and <br />Easterly of a line, beginning at a point on the West line <br />of said Lot 8, distant 120.00 feet northerly from the <br />Southwest corner of said Lot 8; thence Easterly, parallel <br />with the South line of said Lot 8, a distance of 285.00 <br />feet; thence Southerly, parallel with the West line of said <br />Lot 8, to the South line of said Lot 8, and said line there <br />terminating. And also lying Southerly and Easterly of the <br />following described line: Beginning at a point on the West <br />line of said Lot 8, distant 215.00 feet northerly from the <br />Southwest corner of said Lot 8; thence Easterly, parallel <br />with the South line of said Lot 8, a distance of 65.00 feet; <br />thence Northeasterly to a point on the North line of said <br />Lot 8, distant 160.00 feet easterly from the Northwest <br />corner of said Lot 8, and said line there terminating. <br />Also subject to 14th Street NW. <br /> <br />i! <br /> <br />;: <br /> <br />, <br />f: <br />i! <br /> <br />! <br /> <br />WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is located in <br />municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that <br />municipality must be obtained before such subdivisions can be filed, and <br /> <br />i <br /> <br />i. <br />!: <br /> <br />WHEREAS Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for <br />subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria can be met; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City Council has determined that such criteria has been <br /> <br />met. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, pursuant to published and mailed notices <br />held a public hearing on October 14, 1986, all persons present at the <br />hearing were given an opportunity to be heard. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New <br />Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above described <br />property into parcels described as follows: <br /> <br />PARCEL 1 <br /> <br />I; <br /> <br />The west 75 feet of Lot 8, Oakwood Manor, Ramsey County, Minnesota, except <br />the south 30 feet thereof.
