RESOLUTION NO. 86-101 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE !CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally located at 321 Silver Lake Road). WHEREAS. the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide ce~tain property in the City of New Brighton described .' as :follows: I' "~I I; ii ~ i I I. The West 360 zeet of the North 248 feet of the South 638 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 31. Township 30. Range 23. Ramsey County. Minnesota. SubJect to Silver Lake Road. WHEREAS. State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance. approval o:f the municipality must be obtained before such subdivisions can be filed. and WHEREAS. Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides ;,for subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria ii can be _et; and WHEREAS. the City Council has determined that such criteria has been met. WHEREAS. the City Council. pursuant to published and mailed ~ i notices held a public hearing on October 14. 1986. all persons present at the hearing were given an opportunity to be heard.
