<br />II <br /> <br />...' - - ... <br /> <br />.:li ~',- ..... <br /> <br />!i <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-84 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />I RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT FOR AUDIT SERVICES <br /> <br />Whereas, the City is required to have an annual audit of <br />its financial transactions; <br /> <br />Whereas, the audit must be performed by a certified <br />public accountant; <br /> <br />Whereas, to meet these requirements the City uses the <br />services of Voto, Reardon, Tautges and Company; <br /> <br />Whereas, the audit has been completed at a cost of $27,520; <br /> <br />Whereas, in conjunction with the audit certain reports <br />had to be completed; <br /> <br />Whereas, the cost of these additional reports was $5,848; <br /> <br />it NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br />1.
