July 9 and 16, 1986 and <br />Construction Bulletin July 11 and 18. 1986. bids for <br />Improvement Project 86-10 were received. opened and read <br />aloud by the City Administration at 11:00 8.m., August <br />8. 1986. complying with the advertisement. <br /> <br />BIDDER <br /> <br />TOTAL BID <br /> <br />1. Richard Knutson <br /> <br />$406.521.55 <br /> <br />2. G.L. Contracting <br /> <br />$494,367.45 <br /> <br />3. Northdale Construction <br /> <br />$500,254.00 <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the lowest responsible bidder <br />meeting bid specifications was found to be Richard <br />Knutson Construction. with a bid of $406.521.55. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the City of New Brighton. that the bid of Richard <br />Knutson Construction. in the amount of $406.521.55 be <br />ordered. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of New Brighton. Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby <br />authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with Richard Knutson <br />Construction. In the name of the City of <br />New Brighton for Improvement Project <br />86-10. <br /> <br />2.
