ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS AND SETTING DATE FOR ASSESSMENT HEARING. <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the following public improvement projects were ordered by <br />the City Council of the City of New Brighton on March 27. 1984. March <br />26. 1985 and January 28. 1986. <br /> <br />1. Project 84-2 <br />2. Project 85-4 <br />3. Project 86-8 <br /> <br />County road "0" Upgrading <br />Silver Lake Road Bridge Widening <br />Sewer Service for 1973 Old Highway #8 <br /> <br />WHEREAS. said improvement projects are now completed so that the <br />costs thereof can be special assessed. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New <br />Brighton. Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The cost of such improvements to be specially assessed Is <br />hereby declared to be $50.904.33. <br /> <br />,i <br />'1 <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk with the assistance of the City Engineer shall <br />forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed <br />for such improvements against every assessable lot. place. or <br />parcel or land within the district affected. without regard to <br />cash valuation. as provided by law and shall file a copy of <br />such proposed assessments in his office for public inspection. <br /> <br />Ii <br />~ j <br />" <br /> <br />3.
