<br />II <br />~ '_ i~ <br /> <br />'" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO 86-66 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />i; <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REPLACEMENT OF PERSONAL COMPUTER <br /> <br />Whereas, the City has already authorized the installation <br />of a computerized liquor inventory system; <br /> <br />Whereas, to accomplish this computerization effort it 1S <br />!necessary to acquire a personal computer; <br /> <br />Whereas, the City obtains economy and improvement to its <br />,iovera11y computer system if the needs of Liquor are met through <br />lithe transfer of a computer from City Hall; <br />I' <br />, ; <br />l <br /> <br />Whereas, owing to this transfer another computer must be <br />acquired for City Hall; <br /> <br />, , <br />Ii <br /> <br />Whereas, towards this end quotations have been solicited; <br /> <br />.'; <br />,; <br /> <br />Whereas, quotations have been received as follows: <br /> <br />Ameri-data <br /> <br />IBM PC-AT <br /> <br />$5100. <br />$5600. <br /> <br />Sears Business Center IBM PC-AT <br /> <br />Now, therefore be it resolved that: <br /> <br />1. The acquisition of an IBM PC-AT from Ameri-data is <br />authorized. <br /> <br />2. To accommodate this acquisition a budget change shall <br />be made as follows: <br /> <br />730'-47310-11540 <br />101-30000-6802 <br />101'-41180-7703 <br />101-00000-9988 <br /> <br />$3,000 increase <br />$3,000 increase <br />$5,100 increase <br />$2,100 increase <br /> <br />3.
