INNSBRUCK DRIVE AND 27th AVENUE N.W. <br />TO THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS FOR STUDY AND REPORT. <br /> <br />i <br />I <br />WHEREAS, the New Brighton City Council has initiated consideration ! <br />of proposed improvement #86-6, the construction of sanitary sewer and watermainll <br />to serve an office park project at N. Innsbruck Drive and 27th Avenue N.W. and , <br />'to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the I <br />\ improvements, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.011 to 429.111 (laws I <br />, 1953, Chapter 398, as amended); I <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New <br />\ Brighton, Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred to the New I <br />': Brighton Director of Public Works for study and that he is instructed to report! <br />to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preli- II <br />i minary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br />: whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other I <br />! improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended. <br /> <br />Adopted thi s 11th <br /> <br />day of February <br /> <br />, 1986. <br /> <br />~ <br />Robert Benke, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />.1_~ <br />Henry Sin City Manager <br /> <br /> <br />Clerk/Treasurer <br /> <br />:c{ SEAL)' <br />
