Current and future redevelopment projects EDC Activities <br />included: Rehabilicare, Brighton Green Townhomes, New Brighton Care Center, <br />Village Center, Lakeview Business Center, downtown streetscape plan, Rice Creek <br />Center, the northwest quadrant, MacGillis and Gibbs, Brighton Corporate Park, and <br />the Jones Lake area. Samuelson thanked Johnson for his update. Williams <br />commended Johnson for his excellent leadership, and noted the efforts by the EDC, <br />staff, and Chamber in the development of the Business Retention Survey. Two <br />issues identified in the survey were NSP electrical service problems and mail <br />delivery concerns. The EDC dealt very effectively with these issues, and service <br />improvements have been realized. <br />
