<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS <br /> <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />Pursuant to notice thereof, a regular meeting of the New Brighton City Council was held Monday, November 7, <br />1994, at 7:33 p.m. in the municipal building, 803 Fifth Avenue NW. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Benke, Councilmembers Gunderman, Larson, and Samuelson. <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Williams <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Matthew Fulton, City Manager <br />Brian Olson, Civil Engineer I <br />Les Proper, City Engineer <br />Charlie LeFevere, City Attorney <br /> <br />Council Agenda <br /> <br />Motion by Gunderman, seconded by Samuelson, to APPROVE THE COUNCIL <br />AGENDA. <br /> <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Council Minutes <br /> <br />Motion by Samuelson, seconded by Larson, to WAIVE mE READING AND <br />APPROVE THE CORRECTED OCTOBER 25 AND NOVEMBER 1, 1994, <br />COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES. <br /> <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Commission Minutes - None <br /> <br />SDecial Order of Business <br /> <br />Dorothy Kulevar, Pike Lake School Teacher, said the school is very appreciative of <br />the City's contribution for the additional playground equipment which has been <br />installed at Pike Lake School. <br /> <br />Nick Fulton, Zora Krinke, Andrew Fuller, and Emily Zisla, all Pike Lake Students, <br />presented a banner to the City which was signed by Pike Lake students thanking the <br />City for the playground equipment. <br /> <br />Gunderman thanked the students and asked the banner be displayed at City Hall. <br /> <br />Consent Ag:enda <br /> <br />Motion by Gunderman, seconded by Larson, to APPROVE THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA ITEMS AS FOLWWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />CONSOLIDATED VOUCHERS: 060859-061207 FOR A GRAND <br />TOTAL OF $1,941,727.32. <br /> <br />Council A2enda <br /> <br />Council Minutes <br /> <br />Special Order of <br />Business <br /> <br />Pike Lake School <br />Playground <br />Equipment <br />Report 94-255 <br /> <br />Consent Agenda <br /> <br />Vouchers <br />Report 94-256 <br />
