September 25, 1991; Human Rights Commission - <br />September 24, 1991; Park Board - October 2, 1991; Environmental <br />Quality Commission - September 11, 1991; and Planning Commission - <br />September 1 7, 1991. <br /> <br />Soecial Order of Business <br /> <br />Council thanked Stockyard Days President Dick Pellow and Antique Car <br />Run President Marilyn Walhof for each organizations' efforts in bringing <br />together the first combined Stockyard Days/Antique Car Run Celebration. <br /> <br />Mr. Pellow thanked the City for its efforts during Stockyard Days and <br />presented two plaques to Council.
