<br />.. <br /> <br />.-i ..~ -IIjI <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85-127 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONTINUING THE LAKE DIANE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT FOR A <br />SECOND YEAR, NOVEMBER 1985 TO NOVEMBER 1986. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of New Brighton <br />ordered Project 84-6 a lake restoration project for Lake Diane <br />for the period of November 1984 through November 1985 with pro- <br />visions to continue the project a 2nd and 3rd year; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a special taxing district under provision of <br />Minnesota Statutes 444.16 to 444.21 was established for this <br />project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a tax levy against the special taxing district of <br />$5,649.31 is required for a second year continuation of the lake <br />restoration project, consisting of: $3,578.31 of the initial <br />project cost, $ 4 5 0 . 00 s i g nag e and fen c i n g, $ 1 , 281 . 0 0 travel and <br />maintenance of aerators, $100.00 insurance and $240.00 micro <br />organism. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of New Brighton does hereby authorize: <br /> <br />1. The continuation of Project 84-6 a second year, <br />November 1985 to November 1986. <br />2.
