<br />~.':-IL.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85-119 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT FOR COMPUTER MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />Whereas, the city is interested in providing maintenance <br />for its computer hardware; <br /> <br />Whereas, this hardware has been classified as essential <br />and non-essential; <br /> <br />Whereas, proposals have been obtained from three vendors <br />to provide for maintenance services; <br /> <br />Whereas, these propmsals have been evaluated and it has <br />been determined that MaSys Corporation is qualified and has <br />submitted the lowest proposal to furnish the required services; <br /> <br />Now, therefore be it resolved that: <br /> <br />1. The city Manager and Mayor shall be aut.horized to <br />execute an agreement with MaSys Corporation for <br />essential services (Attachment A) . <br /> <br />2.
