I I I I ! ! i I ! i the I I I WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides For subdivIsion of property without platting iF certain criteria can be met; and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the CouncIl of the City of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as Follows: PARCEL NO. 1 That part of Lots 12 and 14, Block 1, SILVER OAKS 6TH ADDITION according to said plat on file and of record in oFfice of the County Recorder, Ramsey County, Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 12; thence South 19 degrees 40 minutes 46 seconds East, assuming the north line of said Lot 12 bears North 70 degrees 19 minutes 14 seconds East, a distance of 121.89 Feet; thence North 85 degrees 59 minutes 56 seconds East a distance of 51.42 feet; thence South 46 degrees 58 minutes 19 seconds East a distance of 140.05 feet; thence North 89 degrees 20 minutes I 45 seconds East a distance of 67.50 Feet to the southwest , corner of said Lot 11; thence North 40 degrees 32 minutes 101 seconds West along the westerly line of Lot 11, said Block I; 1 a distance of' 302.04 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 11, thence South 70 degrees 19 minutes 14 5econds West, I along the north 1 ine of' said Lot 12, a distance of 70.00 . feet to the point of beginning.
