I .. <br /> <br />-'-----..' <br />- - ,... <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO 85-94 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />C I T Y 0 F N-E W B RIG H TON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE INSTALLATION OF A STREET LIGHT ON 16TH <br />AVENUE SW AT SILVER LANE <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />WHEREAS. The City Council of the City of New Brighton has <br />deemed it proper and in the public interest to install street <br />lights for the safety and well being of its residents and the <br />" traveling public; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. The City Council has adopted Resolution 2335 <br />specifying where street lights shall be located to provide a <br />uniform level of street lighting throughout the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. The residents of 16th Avenue SW and Silver Lane <br />have petitioned for a street light at 16th Avenue SW and Silver <br />Lane which meets the criteria of Resolution 2335; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. Resolution 2335 requires that all new street <br />lights be approved by Council resolution. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED. That the City Council <br />of the City of New Brighton does hereby order the installation of <br />a street light on 16th Avenue SWat Silver Lane. <br /> <br />Adopted this 27th day of August. 1985. <br /> <br />~ ~ <br /> <br />Gre~. tf:!rcus.
